Change-of-Mind Purchases
We do not offer monetary refunds when an eligible product is correct, as described, and free from defects. You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, including for sale and discounted items, under our Exchange Policy.
Defective, Non-Conforming, or Incorrect Items
This no-change-of-mind-refund policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. If an item is defective, does not match its description or the order, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos so we can help quickly.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable Qatar consumer protection law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, or a refund at no cost to the customer.
