3. Orders and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR). We may contact the customer or cancel an order if there is a clear error in the price or order details.
4. Delivery
We provide free shipping across Qatar and deliver within 14 days of order confirmation. See our Delivery Policy for details.
5. Exchanges and Refunds
Eligible items, including discounted items, may be exchanged within 14 days. Monetary refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases. Mandatory rights for defective, non-conforming, or incorrect items remain protected. See our Exchange Policy and Refund Policy.
6. Payment
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. The payment options available for an order are shown at secure checkout.
Deposit for Cash on Delivery Orders
A deposit of 15% of the final order total is required to confirm cash on delivery orders. The remaining 85% is payable upon delivery. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the deposit amount and payment instructions before your order is shipped.
The deposit may be paid through an electronic wallet available in Qatar if our team confirms that this method is available for your order. Please wait for our team to confirm the payment instructions before sending any payment.
